CBM Engineering System has vast experience in design, supply and installation of complete Air Condition and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV). We design based on international standard and customer requirements. In the event of a request which didn’t fall in any category and need to custom design, our engineers will liaise with customer to meet the challenge and create unique, custom designed solutions.

THERMOGRAPHY, ULTRASONIC AND VIBRATION ANALYSIS AND TESTING

We also provide thermography, ultrasonic and vibration analysis for our customer with latest equipment. This analysis and test helps in early identification & sometimes quantification of the potential problem area. Breakdowns and Downtime is a force to reckon with in all industries. Minimizing downtime is essential to running an efficient operation.

COMPREHENSIVE BUILDING MAINTENANCE (TOTAL MAINTENANCE)

Where and when requested, we provide Comprehensive Building Maintenance for the whole building and installation, just the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing or only the Air Condition Installation Maintenance and Repairs. You only make regular amount of payment monthly.

ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT RE-MANUFACTURE (OER) AND OVERHAULING

We produce, fabricate and re-manufacture parts just for the replacement purpose when the original equipment parts unavailable especially for old equipment to be replaced after a badly wear and tear. We also provide semi-hermetic compressor reconditioning and overhauling service.
